The 2020 Red Door Bash, benefiting Gilda's Club Middle Tennessee, will be held September 3, 2020 at 6:30pm CST as a VIRTUAL event.

Items will be open for viewing the week of August 3.

Bidding will go LIVE August 27 and will close on September 3, 2020 at 9pm CST. 

Here are some tips and tricks to get the most out of your online bidding experience for Gilda's Club's Red Door Bash 2020:

• How does the silent auction work?: We will be using mobile bidding for our auction. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world! To learn more, check out this great YouTube video.

• How do I participate in the online bidding auction?: Get started online through this auction page. Just hit the 'Register Now' button towards the top of this page and enter your name, phone number, e-mail. Credit Card information is required to bid.

• How do I start and continue my bidding?: Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Click 'My Activity' at the top of your homepage. Star your favorites by clicking the 'Star' icon under your favorite items to make it easy to find what you like. All your starred items and items you have bid on will appear so you can follow items you like with ease. 

• How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?: You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been out bid or reached your maximum bid. Use 'Max Bidding' to ensure you win by clicking the 'Auto Bid' tab, then enter a bid up to a certain amount and the site will automatically increase your bidding as needed to keep you as the winner. The bid will increase until your amount is reached - set it and forget it. 

• How will I collect my winnings?: When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items. Auction winners are required to make payment the night of the event. All auction items will be available for pick up at the Gilda's Midtown Clubhouse; if you live outside of Tennessee, winning item(s) will be mailed to you. Winning bidders are responsible for any shipping and insurance charges.

Using these helpful hints will ensure that you have the best online bidding experience. Now get ready to bid and win!
